Utah Jazz’s Ace Bailey exits vs Pistons with left hip strain

The Utah Jazz edged the Detroit Pistons 131-129, but lost Ace Bailey along the way.
The No. 5 pick exited in the first half with a left hip strain and did not return after halftime.

Bailey was scoreless in 11 minutes and entered averaging 10.7 points per game.
He had posted four straight double-figure scoring games and had often been used in crunch time.

Brice Sensabaugh replaced him to start the second half and matched his season high with 20 points.
Keyonte George scored 31 and hit the winning floater with 2.1 seconds left, snapping Utah’s four-game losing streak.
