Tyler Herro is expected to make his season debut Monday against the Dallas Mavericks, barring any setback, sources told ESPN. The Miami Heat guard underwent ankle surgery on Sept. 19 and returns to a team on a four-game winning streak (11-6).

Miami leads the NBA in scoring at 124.9 points per game and now regains its top scorer from last season, who averaged 23.9 points, 5.5 assists and 5.2 rebounds.

In Herro’s absence, Norman Powell has stepped up, averaging 24.9 points per game, but Herro’s return should give the Heat a major offensive boost.
