After missing three straight games due to illness, Stephen Curry is expected back Tuesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder, according to coach Steve Kerr.
The Golden State Warriors star sat out Sunday’s 114-83 win over the Pacers after struggling through sickness earlier in the week. The medical staff chose caution, but Curry is slated to return as the team begins a long road trip.
Golden State, which started the season 4-1, had lost eight straight games without its superstar before Sunday’s win. Kerr said the Warriors “need his energy” to regain rhythm and consistency.
