At 33, Bismack Biyombo has earned the 15th roster spot with the San Antonio Spurs, a sign of the franchise’s trust in his leadership. After starting 26 games last season, he’ll remain as a steady backup behind Victor Wembanyama, Luke Kornet, and Kelly Olynyk.
“It’s a great group of young guys, and I love being here to help,” Biyombo said. “When you love what you do, it’s not work. These players are hungry and want to get better.” His veteran presence remains a vital asset in the locker room.
