The fan who filed a lawsuit against LeBron James over “The Second Decision” ad says he’s ready to serve the papers at Crypto.com Arena if LeBron avoids being reached at home.
“If he’s unwilling to get served at his Beverly Hills address, I’ll have a process server do it during a game,” the plaintiff told TMZ Sports. “This is not going away.”
The lawsuit stems from LeBron’s misleading teaser that many fans believed was a retirement announcement — which turned out to be an ad campaign.
