The Chicago Bulls have announced the re-signing of Josh Giddey on a new multi-year contract.
According to Shams Charania, the Australian guard agreed to a four-year, $100 million deal, with no options for either side.
Giddey — who averaged over 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists per game after the All-Star break last season — was one of the top remaining restricted free agents on the market.
The player initially sought $30 million per year, while the Bulls started at $20 million; the two sides ultimately settled midway.
The situations of Quentin Grimes (76ers) and Jonathan Kuminga (Warriors) remain unresolved.
OFFICIAL: We have re-signed @JoshGiddey.
