The news was reported by NBA insider Marc Stein, who received confirmation directly from the player’s agent, Bill Neff. The two sides have agreed on a two-year deal.
Last season with Philadelphia, Jeff Dowtin Jr. shot 40% from three-point range and averaged 7 points and 1.9 assists per game.
