The veteran center joins Ty Lue’s frontcourt in LA

Brook Lopez has agreed to a two-year, $18 million deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, per ESPN.

The veteran big man was a top free agent target and will bolster a Clippers frontcourt that already features Ivica Zubac, who averaged 16.8 points and 12.6 rebounds last season.

Lopez, 37, averaged 13 points, 5 rebounds, and shot 37.3% from three last season, providing floor spacing while also protecting the rim with 1.9 blocks per game.

Following the re-signing of Harden (two years, $81.5M) and the expected return of Nic Batum, adding Lopez gives the Clippers valuable depth for the 2025-26 season.
