James Harden’s future remains with the Los Angeles Clippers. The player will decline his player option to sign a two-year, $81.5 million option.
An 11-time All-Star, James Harden averaged 22.5 points this season with 5.7 rebounds, 8.7 assists and 1.5 steals. He became the only player last season to score 1,500 points, 500 assists, 100 steals and 50 blocks.
Class of 1989, over 370 million dollars cashed in his career, Harden will return to earn more than 40 per season as he hasn’t since 2021-2022. The second year of the contract includes a player option and is partially guaranteed, ESPN reported.
