Istanbul Bahcesehir: Mateusz Ponitka will remain in Turkey for the next season, he signed the contract renewal.
Istanbul Bahcesehir is continuing to build its roster for the 2025–26 season and has made an important announcement. Mateusz Ponitka has been re-signed.
The player has agreed a one-year contract with the Turkish club, having made an excellent contribution to his team in the previous European season.
Ponitka averaged 8.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 16 EuroCup games last season.
Both teams will make their EuroLeague debuts in three days. Fenerbahce will host Virtus Bologna, while Besiktas will face Valencia at BJK Akatlar Arena.
