Will Hapoel Tel Aviv’s home games be played in Bulgaria next season? That’s the rumour.
Hapoel Tel Aviv is looking for a venue to host its EuroLeague home games. The team, which won the EuroCup last season, will play in the EuroLeague in the 2025–26 season. However, it is not yet clear where they will play their home games.
According to Basketball Sphere, the Israeli club may have reached an agreement to play its home games in Sofia, Bulgaria.
It cannot be ruled out that coach Itoudis’s club may play in the ABA Liga, given Bulgaria’s ideal strategic position.
