Spanish point guard Álvaro Cárdenas (6’1″, 23 years old) has joined Peristeri on loan from Valencia for the 2025-26 season.
A true floor general, Cárdenas impressed last year at Boise State with 11.5 points and 6.9 assists per game, and will now lead the Greek team’s backcourt.
The American center returns to Piraeus after 11 years on a one-year contract. He previously played for Olympiacos from 2013 to 2015
