Former Olimpia Milano center Samardo Samuels was arrested on Saturday night in Milan, as reported by Il Giorno.

The incident took place in a building on Via Valtellina, where a family, fearing for their safety, called the authorities. Carabinieri arrived to find Samuels in the courtyard, drinking alcohol, playing loud music, and accompanied by his unmuzzled Cane Corso dog.

A background check revealed an ongoing case against Samuels for stalking and violating a restraining order involving the father of the family. Additional complaints emerged, including past altercations with residents and even an alleged assault on a delivery worker.

Between February 23 and March 6, police and Carabinieri were called to the building five times due to Samuels’ behavior.

Today, Samuels will appear before a judge for a direct hearing. A key player in Olimpia Milano’s 2014 Scudetto, the team’s first in 18 years, he also had a stint with Brindisi in Italy.
