A Berlin court ruled in favor of Khalifa Koumadje, rejecting abuse claims made by his ex-wife, Sharon Rose Kantu.
The December 6 decision found the accusations false and prohibited Kantu from repeating them under penalty of a €50,000 fine or six months’ imprisonment.
Koumadje, suspended by ALBA Berlin in October, has since joined the Shandong Heroes in China.
The Dominican guard missed the team’s latest practice but is expected to join his teammates in time for the matchup against Fenerbahce.
