Dort has had a good impact for OKC especially on defense
The Oklahoma City Thunder are fully guaranteeing the final two years on Luguentz Dort’s contract for the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Dort has been averaging 12.4 points and 3.6 rebounds and defending at high level this season.
The 38-year-old veteran has drawn interest from the Utah Jazz but would prefer to sign with a team capable of competing for the NBA championship
The reigning champions have added several experienced players to compete for the final two roster spots, including former NBA champion Bruce Brown on the wing.
The veteran point guard will attend training camp and compete for a place on Sacramento’s final roster
