Hightower was arrested on murder charges
Tulane announced that Teshaun Hightower has been dismissed from its basketball program.
Hightower was charged with murder in connection with a homicide that occurred earlier this month in Georgia.
Hightower declared for the 2020 NBA Draft without hiring an agent on April 18.
