Andrews is the second Bursaspor player to earn MVP of the Round honors this season after Kevarrius Hayes did so in Round 17 of the regular season. Semaj Christon of ratiopharm Ulm and D.J. Christon led Ulm to a 73-79 road victory against Joventut Badalona with 21 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, a steal and 6 fouls drawn. Seeley buried 5 of 5 three-pointers on his way to 25 points and drew 8 fouls in a losing effort against MoraBanc Andorra. Maik Kostar of Hamburg Towers and Alen Omic of Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana, with PIRs of 28 apiece, completed the top individual performances in the eighthfinals.

Seeley of Buducnost led the EuroCup Eighthfinals in scoring with 25 points in his team’s 74-64 road loss against MoraBanc Andorra. Errick McCollum of Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar is the competition’s top scorer at 22.3 points per night. Omic led all rebounders by pulling down 16 in a winning effort against Turk Telekom Ankara. Kerem Kanter of Slask Wroclaw ranks first overall in rebounds at 8.8 per night. Three players – Julyan Stone of Umana Reyer Venice, Andrew Andrews of Frutti Extra Bursaspor and Alex Perez of Turk Telekom – dished 10 assists apiece in the eighthfinals. Milos Teodosic of Virtus Segafredo Bologna leads the 2021-22 EuroCup in assists at 8.6 per night. Kyle Weems of Virtus and Filip Barovic of Buducnost each collected 4 steals in this round. Andrew Albicy of Gran Canaria is first overall at 1.9 per night. Jeff Brooks of Reyer, Artem Pustovyi of Gran Canaria, Zoran Nikolic of Buducnost and Octavius Ellis of Turk Telekom each had 2 blocks in the eighthfinals. Ellis is also first in the blocks table at 1.5 per game. Omic, Andrews, his Bursaspor teammate Onuralp Bitim, and Vince Hunter of Boulogne Metropolitans 92 all registered double-doubles in this round.
