Zenit St. Petersburg continued its dreamy Euroleague season on the road with an impressive 6th win out of 6 games played after taking down Valencia 85-72. Down by 8 in the second quarter and by 6 at halftime, the visitors were able to pull out an outstanding 2nd half, outscoring the Spaniards 52-33, and now are standing alone at 4th in the standings with a 7-3 record.
While Austin Hollins led the visitors in scoring with 20 points (4/7 from 3), Zenit MVP has been Kevin Pangos, who notched a 12 points, 12 assists double-double adding a pair of threes. Dubljevic’s 18 points were not enough for Valencia.
