According to Lakers insider Jovan Buha, the Slovenian star made it clear that he wanted to keep playing alongside his teammate, influencing the front office\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLuka wanted Austin back. So if Luka wants Austin back, Austin\u2019s gonna be back,\u201d Buha said on his podcast. He added that Doncic likes Reaves and supported the move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reaves signed a four-year, $185 million contract in June.
