The Italian guard spoke to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mozzartsport.com\/kosarka\/vesti\/pajola-za-mozzart-sport-dosta-sam-pricao-sa-smailagicem-i-orevicem-teo-mi-je-bio-mentor\/554014\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mozzartsport.com\/kosarka\/vesti\/pajola-za-mozzart-sport-dosta-sam-pricao-sa-smailagicem-i-orevicem-teo-mi-je-bio-mentor\/554014\">Mozzart Sport<\/a> about his first weeks in Belgrade and the reasons behind his decision to join the Serbian club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019m very happy to be here. I found a fantastic environment, great people and teammates who are great to work with. It\u2019s a new beginning, a new chapter, and that gives me a huge motivation. I can\u2019t wait for the season to start and for the real games to arrive.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pajola also discussed his relationship with Milo\u0161 Teodosic, his former teammate and mentor, as well as the reports linking him with Crvena zvezda: \u201cMilo\u0161 is a true friend. We played together for four years and he was a mentor to me. But friendship is one thing and work is another: agents handle negotiations. Milo\u0161 and I only spoke as friends. When Partizan called, I immediately said \u2018yes\u2019. It\u2019s an honor to represent this club.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On his role and the impact he wants to make, Pajola was equally clear: \u201cI know Partizan fans appreciate defense even more than points, and that comes naturally to me. I believe that to win and compete for trophies, you need defense and teamwork. My goal is to win, and what I can offer at the highest level is my defense.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Italian guard also highlighted the importance of reuniting with Luka Vildoza: \u201cHaving Luka here helps, both on and off the court. We played together, we know each other, and sometimes a look is enough.
