Draymond Green said he was pleased that Kawhi Leonard avoided suspension following the NBA\u2019s investigation into the Los Angeles Clippers. Leonard received a $700,000 fine, while the organization absorbed most of the penalties.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m happy the team got the bulk of the penalty and not Kawhi,\u201d Green said on The Draymond Green Show<\/strong>. \u201cWe heard a lot that Kawhi may be suspended, and I\u2019m happy he didn\u2019t get suspended.\u201d<\/p>\n Green nevertheless questioned rules restricting players from earning additional money through team or league sponsors. \u201cA guy can make 20 to 30 extra million dollars, and we\u2019re saying he\u2019s in trouble.
