Khalifa Diop could leave Baskonia to join the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Ohio franchise acquired his NBA rights after he was selected with the 39th pick in the 2022 draft.<\/p>\n
According to El Correo<\/strong>, Cleveland is prepared to offer the Senegalese big man a contract worth around $1.5 million. Baskonia would be willing to release Diop despite his existing contract.<\/p>\n No agreement has been finalized, with financial terms still to be settled and Diop expected to travel to the United States for medical examinations.
