\u201cWhen we realized ASVEL would need time to finalize its budget, I told my agents: \u2018We have to leave,\u2019\u201d Francisco told L\u2019\u00c9quipe. The French international nevertheless praised Tony Parker\u2019s handling of the situation, stressing that some circumstances were beyond his control.<\/p>\n
Francisco also revealed that at least five or six NBA teams showed interest in him.
