\nAnunoby: \u201cI think it\u2019s about continuing to do the same things that I\u2019ve been doing. I\u2019m improving and helping the team win games. It\u2019s about individual improvement and team improvement.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnunoby: \u201cIt\u2019s about picking up where we left off with the intensity. It\u2019s different during the regular season. You want to peak toward the end of the season, not at the beginning. So it\u2019s about understanding that it\u2019s an 82-game season and that there will be a process of trial and error. It\u2019s about trying things. Maybe they work, maybe they don\u2019t. That\u2019s what the regular season is for: figuring out what works and what doesn\u2019t and learning, so you\u2019re ready for the playoffs.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnunoby: \u201cIt\u2019s not that I\u2019m over it in the sense that I don\u2019t care about it. It\u2019s more that I\u2019m ready for the next season. It was great winning the championship. It was amazing. But we all want to do it again. So it\u2019s about getting ready to start the next season. Hopefully, we can do it again.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnunoby: \u201cAll of it. Seeing all our fans and how excited they were around the city and, really, around the world. I also loved celebrating with my teammates and coaches. We know how hard we worked for it and how long a season is. It\u2019s a grind. So being able to win the championship was very special.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnunoby: \u201cThat\u2019s what the NBA is every year. Players move. There are trades and free-agency situations. That\u2019s just how it is and how it works. Everyone is just excited for the season to start and to play the games.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnunoby: \u201cI take it one game at a time. Opening Night is the first one. So we\u2019ll do what we need to do to prepare. Then, as the season goes on, we\u2019ll try to take it game by game. We never really look too far ahead to later matchups.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
