Monaco awaits CNOSF conciliation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

AS Monaco Basket remains excluded from competing in a French professional league during the 2026-27 season. The reigning Betclic \u00c9lite champions have appealed to the CNOSF and are scheduled to attend a conciliation hearing on August 25, as per L’Equipe<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The club considers the date too late, particularly with the new season approaching.<\/p>\n

Monaco asks to move the hearing forward<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Monaco’s lawyer, Xavier Lecerf-Galle, confirmed to AFP that the club has requested an earlier hearing.<\/p>\n

“I asked to bring the hearing forward because August 25 is a very late date.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The conciliation will involve Monaco’s legal representative, a CNOSF sports law specialist, as well as representatives from the FFBB, the French league and the club.<\/p>\n

Jamal Mashburn takeover plan at the center of the case<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Monaco’s objective is to have its admission to the French professional championships reconsidered, with the takeover project led by former NBA player Jamal Mashburn<\/strong> playing a key role in the club’s case.<\/a><\/p>\n
