According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, the Wizards and the free-agent guard have agreed to terms on a new contract. The news was confirmed by Williams&#8217; agent, Daniel Hazan.<\/p>\n<p>The deal keeps Williams in Washington after he spent time with the franchise last season.
