The coach from Brescia has signed a three-year contract, a move that confirms the club\u2019s intention to build a long-term sporting vision after defining its new governance structure.<\/p>\n<p>Cotelli began his coaching career in Pallacanestro Brescia\u2019s youth system before joining the first-team staff. Since 2021, he served as assistant coach, contributing to the 2023 Italian Cup win, before being promoted to head coach of Germani Brescia for the 2025-26 season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am truly excited to take over as head coach of Maxima Roma,\u201d Cotelli said. \u201cIt is a fascinating challenge: we have the extraordinary opportunity to contribute directly to the birth and construction of this club.
