The Israeli club announced a contract extension for the American guard through the end of the 2028-29 season.<\/p>\n<p>Blakeney joined Hapoel in October 2024 and was part of the club\u2019s EuroCup title, its EuroLeague debut season and its run to the playoffs of Europe\u2019s top competition. Last season, he played 41 EuroLeague games, averaging 13.2 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assist while shooting 53.8% from two and 40.0% from three.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am very excited to sign and continue here,\u201d Blakeney said.
