According to The Athletic, the franchise believes it is very much in the hunt to land one of the greatest players in NBA history.<\/p>\n<p>The Wolves have been in contact with James\u2019 representatives, presenting a bold pitch: join Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, Jaden McDaniels and Rudy Gobert to chase a championship that could strengthen his case in the GOAT debate.<\/p>\n<p>Minnesota believes it can offer James the best situation for his 24th NBA season, with Edwards, Ball and McDaniels easing his offensive burden and McDaniels and Gobert helping reduce
