Club basketball executive <strong>\u00d6zkan Arseven<\/strong> discussed the situation in an interview with <strong>HT Spor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Arseven explained that the coach has an option-based contract for next season and a buyout clause in case of an offer from a <strong>EuroLeague<\/strong> team: \u201cIf he receives an offer from a EuroLeague club, he has the right to leave for a \u20ac150,000 buyout.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Besiktas official, however, said he does not expect the Serbian coach to leave: \u201cI don\u2019t think Dusan Alimpijevic will use that right. He loves Besiktas and Istanbul very much, so I believe our coach will stay.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Besiktas want to continue with Alimpijevic: \u201cWe want our coach to remain in charge of the team.
