According to <span class=\"s1\"><i>Eurohoops<\/i><\/span>, LNB president <span class=\"s1\"><b>Philippe Ausseur<\/b><\/span> sounded optimistic about the projects of the two French clubs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Speaking about ASVEL, Ausseur mentioned a budget of around <span class=\"s1\"><b>\u20ac40 million<\/b><\/span>, calling it a positive sign for French basketball. With <span class=\"s1\"><b>Tony Parker<\/b><\/span> expected to take over from the bench, the club could target high-level players, both French and foreign.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The future of <span class=\"s1\"><b>Monaco<\/b><\/span> also appears more encouraging.
