The Sixers star said he feels optimistic about his knee and his availability going forward.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1811\">Following Philadelphia\u2019s 144-114 Game 4 loss and Eastern Conference semifinals sweep, <strong data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1669\">Joel Embiid<\/strong> said he is \u201c<strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1716\">as confident as I\u2019ve ever been<\/strong>\u201d about his health. He stressed that being more available will be the key goal for next season.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"2059\">Embiid\u2019s campaign was again affected by injuries, including knee issues, an emergency appendectomy and hip and ankle problems during the Knicks series.
