According to Eurohoops, Bourg have the ticket, but questions remain over their arena, budget and business plan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1961\">ASVEL, Monaco and Paris all played in this season\u2019s EuroLeague, while Bourg would enter through the EuroCup license. The issue is that Monaco and Paris currently remain without a license, with the Paris market seen as strategic and Monaco eager to stay after major investments.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2218\">One possible scenario would see Paris targeting ASVEL\u2019s license, especially if Tony Parker\u2019s club moves closer to NBA Europe and the Basketball Champions League.
