Federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of New York intend to file a superseding indictment alleging that the former Miami Heat guard \u201csolicited and accepted a bribe\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1841\">Rozier, who has pleaded not guilty to the original charges, is already part of a federal case involving alleged non-public NBA information being sold to sports gamblers. Prosecutors claim he told a friend he would leave a March 2023 Charlotte Hornets game early.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"2072\">The new charges are expected to include <strong data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1901\">sports bribery<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1931\">honest services fraud<\/strong>, with prosecutors arguing Rozier deprived the NBA and the Hornets of his \u201chonest services\u201d.
