According to the <strong data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2428\">Associated Press<\/strong>, a change-of-plea hearing for Jones has been scheduled for <strong data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2500\">April 28<\/strong> in federal court in Brooklyn, which would make him the first defendant to formally admit guilt in the case.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"3016\">Jones, 49, had previously pleaded not guilty to charges including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors allege that he profited from <strong data-start=\"2809\" data-end=\"2831\">rigged poker games<\/strong> and supplied bettors with non-public injury information about <strong data-start=\"2894\" data-end=\"2910\">LeBron James<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"2932\">Anthony Davis<\/strong> while working for the <strong data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"2977\">Los Angeles Lakers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3018\" data-end=\"3428\">According to AP, in one instance Jones allegedly advised a bettor to place a large wager based on insider information about James before it became public, while in another he was paid for information about Davis that later proved inaccurate.
