The former Kings player, who took over after Mike Brown\u2019s dismissal, appears to have benefited from the organization\u2019s view of the difficult circumstances around the team.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2311\">Among the reasons behind the decision are the roster limitations, the fallout from the <strong data-start=\"2068\" data-end=\"2084\">De\u2019Aaron Fox<\/strong> trade, and the long list of injuries involving key players such as <strong data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2169\">Keegan Murray<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2191\">Domantas Sabonis<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2208\">Zach LaVine<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2231\">DeAndre Hunter<\/strong>. The Kings believe Christie deserves more time before a final judgment is made.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2631\">The focus now shifts to the offseason, with Sacramento hoping for lottery luck while resuming trade discussions involving its most expensive veterans.
