The decision would be linked to <strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1443\">Sarunas Jasikevicius\u2019<\/strong> dissatisfaction with the center\u2019s inconsistency.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1681\">According to the report, the coach has not been convinced by Birch\u2019s uneven performances. That is why the Canadian big man now appears likely to leave Istanbul at the end of the season.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1893\">Along with Birch, <strong data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1718\">Arturs Zagars<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1737\">Armando Bacot<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1760\">Brandon Boston<\/strong> are also expected to part ways with the club.
