The document also says matches will only be held in arenas with approved protected spaces and that <strong data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2392\">fans will not be allowed<\/strong> while the current emergency conditions remain in place.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2839\">The league further specified that games will be played at <strong data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2564\">neutral venues<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2590\">Enbox in Hadera<\/strong> serving as the main arena and <strong data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2638\">Netanya Arena<\/strong> as the secondary site. The schedule will be compressed, with teams set to play <strong data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2745\">at least twice per week<\/strong>, and the season must be completed <strong data-start=\"2780\" data-end=\"2800\">by June 28, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2841\" data-end=\"3235\">The competitive format will also change: the <strong data-start=\"2886\" data-end=\"2915\">play-in has been canceled<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"2921\" data-end=\"2946\">playoff quarterfinals<\/strong> will be played as a <strong data-start=\"2967\" data-end=\"2991\">best-of-three series<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3026\">semifinals and finals<\/strong> will remain <strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3055\">best-of-five<\/strong>.
