The news was reported in recent hours by <a href=\"https:\/\/realolimpiamilano.com\/2026\/03\/26\/alessandro-pajola-mercato-26-marzo-2026\/\">ROM<\/a> and Sportando. The interest is very real.<\/p>\n<p>Born in 1999 in Ancona, the 6-foot-4 point guard Alessandro Pajola has established himself as one of the best defenders in the EuroLeague. His outstanding performance is the result of a relationship with Virtus Bologna that began in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>It has been a successful developmental gamble for the black-and-white club, which named him captain last summer following Marco Belinelli\u2019s retirement. However, his contract expires on June 30, and for some time now, various media outlets have reported his departure as a certainty.<\/p>\n<p>In recent weeks, there has been talk of Maccabi and Hapoel Tel Aviv, as well as Real Madrid and even Olimpia Milano. Peppe Poeta has never hidden his appreciation for the player, who has 63 caps with the national team.<\/p>\n<p>But, according to reports from ROM and Sportando\u2014and as reported today in Repubblica-Milano and Bologna\u2014negotiations have not taken off.
