At the United States Courthouse in New York, Judge <strong data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2355\">Ramon Reyes<\/strong> set the date, with prosecutors and defense attorneys expected to discuss how to divide the case because there are too many defendants to try at once.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2992\">Federal prosecutors said they plan to extend <strong data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2586\">plea offers to 12 defendants<\/strong> in the coming days, while at least nine others are in \u201cproductive conversations\u201d about pleading guilty. The latest filing did not specify whether Billups is among those considering a plea deal. Billups, Jones and the other defendants have <strong data-start=\"2826\" data-end=\"2848\">pleaded not guilty<\/strong>, as prosecutors allege they lured unsuspecting players into mob-rigged poker games, aided by organized crime figures and equipment suppliers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3426\">According to filings, evidence includes <strong data-start=\"3034\" data-end=\"3062\">body-worn camera footage<\/strong>, arrest records, electronic evidence from devices and iCloud accounts, <strong data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3152\">100,000+ pages<\/strong> of financial and phone records, surveillance photos and pole camera footage tied to a Manhattan location. Billups has been on <strong data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"3310\">unpaid administrative leave<\/strong> from the <strong data-start=\"3320\" data-end=\"3346\">Portland Trail Blazers<\/strong> and is living in the Denver area after being released on <strong data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3423\">$5 million bail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Federal judge in
