Attorney <strong data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2100\">Giulia Maria Bellipario<\/strong>, alongside <strong data-start=\"2112\" data-end=\"2131\">Mattia Grassani<\/strong>, said: \u201c<strong data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2290\">After this notice and once the twenty days provided by law have passed, the prosecutor will have to decide whether to seek indictment or dismissal<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2735\">The case stems from a heated dispute after a Virtus game, followed by a complaint from the healthcare worker and an arrest that was later lifted, with prosecutors opting not to pursue an immediate fast-track trial. On <strong data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2526\">January 13<\/strong>, judge <strong data-start=\"2534\" data-end=\"2553\">Alberto Ziroldi<\/strong> did not validate the arrest, citing no flagrante\/quasi-flagrante conditions and a lack of immediate objective corroboration, also calling parts of the suspects\u2019 account \u201cplausible\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prosecutors grant 20 days to the defense.
