According to the <em data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"1707\">Financial Times<\/em>, the process involves granting access to <strong data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1783\">data rooms and financial plans<\/strong> related to the future competition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"2113\">Among the groups reportedly given access to the documents are <strong data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1931\">Blackstone, CVC, RedBird and General Atlantic<\/strong>, alongside <strong data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1981\">BlackRock, BC Partners and Oaktree<\/strong>. Investors are currently assessing the possibility of providing <strong data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2112\">financial backing to the franchises of the new European league<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2658\">Commissioner <strong data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2143\">Adam Silver<\/strong> emphasized that in Europe the NBA is open to <strong data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2246\">types of investors not permitted in the United States<\/strong>, due to different regulations and traditions. The <em data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2314\">Financial Times<\/em> also reports that <strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2374\">more than 300 expressions of interest<\/strong> have already been submitted, with <strong data-start=\"2409\" data-end=\"2458\">non-binding bids expected by the end of March<\/strong> and franchise valuations estimated between <strong data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2533\">$500 million and $1 billion<\/strong>.
