Within the organization and among fans, his return has quietly been viewed as the closest thing to an in-season pickup.

That logic is tied to fit: Strus provides spacing, movement, and volume shooting, and Cleveland is near the bottom in three-point accuracy. His profile as a career 36.8% three-point shooter is presented as a direct answer to that weakness.

On trades, the report points to harsh constraints: Cleveland carries the league’s highest payroll and is the lone team in the second apron. That makes deals restrictive, with incoming salary required to be equal to or less than what goes out.

Source: Sam Amico

The Cleveland Cavaliers keep waiting on Max Strus, sidelined since the offseason with a foot Jones fracture

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false
_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[399
[179

post-478471","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nba","typology-injury
["GET
