To be a local player who helps the club achieve success, and for me to have a nice role.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1092\">While expressing his desire to remain in Belgrade, Pokusevski acknowledged that his future is not entirely in his own hands.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1203\">\u201cWhether all of that will happen, I don\u2019t know,\u201d he admitted. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t all depend on me, but on the club.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1347\">What does depend on him, however, is his daily commitment. Pokusevski emphasized work ethic and consistency as the foundation of his approach.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1635\">\u201cOnly through work and daily dedication can something be achieved. You can ask anyone at Partizan \u2014 the truth is that I work as hard as possible,\u201d he said. \u201cFor me, it\u2019s simple: I go into the gym, train, and play at the maximum.
