Per SNY, New York wants another point guard in the rotation and views the <strong data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1027\">New Orleans Pelicans<\/strong> guard as an appealing target thanks to his manageable deal: $4.5 million this season with a $4.5 million player option for next year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1513\">While there\u2019s no indication yet that the <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1218\">Pelicans<\/strong> are actively shopping Alvarado, they are known to be open to offers for their veteran players.
