Coach <strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1383\">Doc Rivers<\/strong> urged caution, stressing that with calf injuries \u201cyou make sure they\u2019re healthy,\u201d even if that frustrates Giannis.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1845\">Antetokounmpo went down early against the <strong data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1563\">Detroit Pistons<\/strong>, then gingerly walked to the locker room, with an initial timetable of <strong data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1656\">two to four weeks<\/strong>. Rivers noted the Bucks\u2019 lighter schedule after missing the NBA Cup and said the two had a long talk after the MRI, with Giannis in good spirits but, as usual, eager to come back sooner.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"2240\">The two-time <strong data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1867\">MVP<\/strong> is off to one of the best starts of his career at 28.9 points, 10.1 rebounds and 6.1 assists on 64% shooting, and Milwaukee has struggled badly without him, going 1-5 and posting an offense that would rank near the bottom of the league.
