The 39-year-old guard became the 12th player in NBA history to reach the milestone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1490\">\u201cWho would have thought it 20 years ago?\u201d said coach <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1303\">Nick Nurse<\/strong>, praising Lowry\u2019s longevity and leadership. The veteran hit a 3-pointer, added an assist and a steal, and smiled as his teammates cheered him on. \u201cThey\u2019re so happy for me,\u201d Lowry said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1789\">A six-time All-Star and 2019 NBA champion with Toronto, Lowry is widely regarded as the <strong data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1604\">greatest Raptor ever<\/strong>. Teammate <strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1631\">Tyrese Maxey<\/strong> called him \u201ca Hall of Famer\u201d and credited Lowry\u2019s mentorship.
