Douglas joins Bnei Herzliya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bnei Herzliya has officially announced the signing of veteran guard <strong>Toney Douglas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The former Varese playmaker agreed to a <strong>two-and-a-half-month contract<\/strong> with an <strong>option to extend through the end of the season<\/strong>, joining the Israeli club to help cover for the injury of fellow guard <strong>Denver Jones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Douglas returns to Israel after spending the past three years in Portugal, most recently with <strong>FC Porto<\/strong>, where he averaged <strong>15 points,
