The legal action, filed in Delaware, seeks transparency regarding team spending, capital raises, and the funding of the Mercury&#8217;s $100M practice facility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"807\">Kohlberg and Seldin, who declined Ishbia\u2019s 2023 buyout offer, allege he used a <strong data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"530\">&#8220;capital call&#8221; to dilute their shares<\/strong> and may have made undisclosed side deals. The Suns deny any obligation to buy them out and accuse the duo of attempting to force an unjustified <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"691\">$825M buyout<\/strong> through legal threats and media pressure.
