Simone Fontecchio, forward for the Miami Heat and Italbasket, also spoke about his NBA adventure with Fabrizio Fabbri in Corriere dello Sport.

ON THE BALANCE OF HIS CAREER

“Positive. I don’t regret any choices, every experience has helped me become the player I am today. Someone who still has a lot to improve, knows it, and has always worked hard even in the most difficult moments. I’m not afraid to question myself. Only the arrogant don’t do that. When I signed my first contract with the Jazz, I set myself the goal of earning my place in the NBA. That’s what happened, I made myself appreciated. I’ve had good times and not-so-good times. But for a European player who arrived in the league at a mature age, I can say I’ve made it.”

ON THE FUTURE

“In Italy, news often arrives late and poorly translated. Since July 4, I have been a Miami player, and a new adventure awaits me. We all know the NBA rules, and we know that anything can happen.”

Simone Fontecchio, forward for the Miami Heat and Italbasket, also spoke about his NBA adventure with Fabrizio Fabbri in Corriere dello Sport

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false
_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false
[379,399
["post-455702","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-italbasket","category-nba
["GET
